Becky Heginbotham-Blount
Chief Resilience Officer

Becky Heginbotham-Blount has been with Suffolk Resilience Forum since 2020, leading multiagency emergency planning and resilience initiatives across Suffolk. She is passionate about empowering communities and businesses, enhancing preparedness for major incidents, and driving innovation in areas like climate adaptation and community resilience as part of Suffolk’s Trailblazer program.

Vicky Fisk
Partnerships Manager

Vicky Fisk joined Suffolk Resilience Forum in 2022 and currently serves as Partnership Manager. With a background in emergency planning at Suffolk Constabulary, she focuses on multiagency collaboration, training, and exercises. Passionate about strengthening community resilience, Vicky contributes to innovative initiatives under Suffolk’s Trailblazer program to enhance county-wide preparedness.

Freddie Gulliver
Deputy Partnerships Manager

Freddie is Deputy Partnership Manager at the Suffolk Resilience Forum, joining in October 2025 after working as an Emergency Planning Officer in Joint Emergency Planning Unit. With over five years’ experience, he coordinates multiagency planning, exercises, and core meetings, supporting partnership working and community preparedness, and contributing to Suffolk’s Trailblazer initiative to strengthen county-wide resilience.

Stephanie Jackman
Risk and Resilience Officer- Capabilities

Stephanie Jackman began her career with Suffolk Constabulary in 2009, supporting senior officers and major incidents, before moving into Emergency Planning. In 2025, she joined the Suffolk Resilience Forum as Risk & Resilience Officer, specialising in risk management and community resilience, and contributing to innovative initiatives under the Trailblazer program.

Linda Allen
Risk and Resilience Officer-Emergency Planning Support

Linda Allen is Risk & Resilience Officer at the Suffolk Resilience Forum, where she provides emergency planning support, maintains critical emergency plans, and coordinates major multiagency exercises, including pandemics, nuclear incidents, and category 2 emergencies. Since joining SRF in 2024, she has strengthened community and business resilience and supported key multiagency meetings and Tactical Coordination Groups during emergencies.

George Crisp
Risk and Resilience Officer- Training and Exercise

George Crisp is Risk & Resilience Officer – Training and Exercising at the Suffolk Resilience Forum. Since joining in May 2025, he has coordinated multiagency emergency planning exercises and training, while maintaining finance responsibilities. Passionate about resilience, George supports Suffolk’s Trailblazer initiatives and contributes to strengthening community preparedness.

Annabel Bradley
SODA Senior Analyst and Researcher

Annabel Bradley is Senior Analyst and Researcher at SODA, supporting the Suffolk Resilience Forum Trailblazer with data-driven insight for planning, response, and recovery. With 30 years’ experience in risk analysis and business continuity across the UK and internationally, she brings expertise to strengthen Suffolk’s emergency preparedness and resilience.

Mitali Kulkarni
Communications Officer

Mitali leads strategic communications across partners, campaigns, media, and social channels, helping to make important information clear, relevant, and actionable. With a background in media production, Mitali is passionate about empowering communities through effective and creative communication.

Jasmin Andrews
Communities Coordinator

Jasmin holds an LLM in International Humanitarian Law and has experience across humanitarian response, development, and capacity‑building, supporting community groups and social enterprises worldwide. Her Learning & Development background includes designing and delivering a range of training programmes. At the Suffolk Resilience Forum, she works with Community Action Suffolk to strengthen local networks, improve access to resources, and build long‑term community resilience.

Nerxhana Tallushi
Climate Adaptation Officer
Nerxhana joined the Suffolk Resilience Forum and Suffolk Climate Change Partnership in 2025 as Climate Adaptation Officer.  With a background in architecture, urban planning, and over five years’ experience in climate and sustainability roles across local government and the NHS, she now leads the development of Suffolk’s evidence‑based Adaptation Action Plan to help communities prepare for current and future climate risks.
