Why Celebrating Success Matters

The SRF Awards provide an important opportunity to pause, reflect, and recognise the exceptional people who go above and beyond in their roles. In a system often focused on responding to risk and challenge, celebrating success is essential. It helps to:

  • Acknowledge the dedication and hard work of individuals and teams.
  • Reinforce the behaviours and values that make effective partnership working possible.
  • Inspire others across the resilience community.
  • Build pride, morale, and a shared sense of purpose.
  • By celebrating achievements, the SRF strengthens its collective culture and reaffirms its commitment to collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement.

The Suffolk Resilience Forum extends its sincere congratulations to Chris Chapman and Julian Bosley, and thanks them- along with all nominees- for their continued contribution to resilience across Suffolk.
